Kolekcionar vatrogasnog znakovlja

Dobrovoljno vatrogasno društvo Buševec osnovano daleke 1900. godine. Povod za osnivanje DVD-a Buševec bio je požar koji je buknuo kod zadruge Kos. Od nastalog požara gotovo svi žitelji ostali su bez krova nad glavom. Od tog događaja požari su bili učestali i činili su žitelje sve zabrinutijima, te su 1875. godine kupili prvu štrcaljku, a nekoliko godina kasnije 1882.godine i drugu. Nijedna od njih nije postigla ono što su Buševčani očekivali, te su se povele rasprave oko nabave – treće! S obzirom da u to vrijeme nije bilo organizirano vatrogasno društvo u Buševcu i to su odradili, te započeli s radom. Odmah nakon osnivanja, već sljedeće godine sagrađeno je vatrogasno spremište, nabavljena radna odijela, kacige i drugi potreban pribor, a važno je za istaknuti kako je društvo odmah nakon osnivanja imalo veliku podršku u selu. Osim vatrogasnih, društvo se bavilo i gospodarskim i prosvjetnim problemima sela.

The Voluntary Fire Brigade Buševec was founded as early as 1900. The impetus for its establishment was a fire that broke out at the Kos cooperative. As a result of this fire, almost all residents were left without a roof over their heads. Following this घटना, fires became frequent, causing increasing concern among the inhabitants. However, neither met the expectations of the people of Buševec, which led to discussions about acquiring a third. Since there was no organized fire brigade in Buševec at the time, they took matters into their own hands, formally established the society, and began operations.Immediately after its founding, already the following year, a fire equipment storage facility was built, working uniforms, helmets, and other necessary equipment were procured. It is important to emphasize that the society enjoyed strong support from the local community from the very beginning. In addition to firefighting duties, the society also engaged in addressing the village’s economic and educational issues.
