Kolekcionar vatrogasnog znakovlja

Vatrogastvo u Poznanovcu započelo je inicijativom Dragutina Kunića 30. kolovoza 1925. godine. Dobrovoljno vatrogasno društvo Poznanovec osnovano je 13.09.1925. godine po odobrenju seoskog poglavara Grada Zlatara, a za prvog predsjednika izabran je gosp. Nikola Ritter. Prvi vatrogasni dom izgrađen je 1928. godine, a drugi već 1936. godine. Za vrijeme II. Svjetskog rata vatrogasni dom je stradao od požara te prilikom obnove 1960. godine pristupilo se izgradnji društvenih prostorija i pozornice, a kasnije dogradnji sanitarnog čvora i kuhinje. Povodom 90. obljetnice osnivanja društva u ljeto 2015. godine obnovljena je bočna prostorija i centralna dvorana u cijelosti.
